About the role

  • Analyze existing workflows related to requests for cost coverage and reimbursements
  • Identify inefficiencies and sources of error and develop process optimizations
  • Document and standardize processes (e.g., workflows, guidelines)
  • Participate in strategic projects to improve collaboration with care insurance funds
  • Handle operational requests for cost coverage, including review, follow-up and documentation
  • Work closely with B2C Sales, Customer Success and other teams to efficiently resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in process management/operations/back office; ideally with operational case handling or alternatively with an insurance background (e.g., private health or supplementary insurance)
  • Strong process understanding with excellent analytical skills and confident use of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Hands-on, reliable, detail-oriented
  • Proactive, clear communication with internal and external stakeholders in a startup environment
  • Fluent German (C2) and English at B2 level
  • Experience collaborating with statutory long-term care or health insurance funds (desirable)
  • Experience or affinity for automation, AI or no-/low-code tools (desirable)
