About the role

  • You resolve customer inquiries
  • Ensure a first-class customer experience
  • Analyze recurring customer inquiries and feedback
  • Derive actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams
  • Implement customer requirements efficiently and sustainably
  • Identify optimization opportunities in customer service

  • Own outcomes and KPI development
  • Develop solutions for complex inquiries
  • Contribute to long-term customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success or customer service, ideally in a technology-driven environment
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to identify data-driven optimization opportunities
  • Independent implementation of optimization measures, e.g., using Google Sheets or BI tools
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills
  • Empathetic manner and enthusiasm for our product
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Interest in, enthusiasm for, and hands-on experience with current AI applications
  • Fluent German at C2 level, both written and spoken
  • English skills at B2 level
