About the role
- You resolve customer inquiries
- Ensure a first-class customer experience
- Analyze recurring customer inquiries and feedback
- Derive actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams
- Implement customer requirements efficiently and sustainably
- Identify optimization opportunities in customer service
- Support IT- and AI-driven scaling and automation
- Own outcomes and KPI development
- Develop solutions for complex inquiries
- Contribute to long-term customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success or customer service, ideally in a technology-driven environment
- Analytical thinking and the ability to identify data-driven optimization opportunities
- Independent implementation of optimization measures, e.g., using Google Sheets or BI tools
- Clear and persuasive communication skills
- Empathetic manner and enthusiasm for our product
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Interest in, enthusiasm for, and hands-on experience with current AI applications
- Fluent German at C2 level, both written and spoken
- English skills at B2 level
