About the role
- Deliver outstanding support to Hebrew-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
- Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize player satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze player feedback to enhance our gaming services and product offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and effectively address player concerns.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for player support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Hebrew is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- A strong passion for gaming with knowledge of current gaming trends and communities.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related role in gaming is favorable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling player issues.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
