About the role
- Provide excellent support to Lithuanian-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
- Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to enhance player satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from players to improve our gaming services and product offerings.
- Document player interactions and maintain accurate records in our support system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution.
- Assist in developing and implementing best practices for player support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Lithuanian is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- A genuine passion for gaming with an understanding of current gaming trends and communities.
- Previous experience in customer support or a gaming-related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving player issues.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
