Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems.
- **Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria and embrace the local culture.**
- **In possession of EU passport.**
