About the role
- Provide exemplary customer service support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet service targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new software.
