Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required. Please include your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a digital or technology setting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and also independently.
- Familiarity with customer service tools and digital platforms is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn.
