About the role

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or the telecommunications industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace new cultural experiences!
