About the role
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Flemish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunication products and services, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the telecommunications industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace new cultural experiences!
