About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunication products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep updated with industry trends and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support, especially in telecommunications, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Bulgaria and embrace an exciting new cultural experience!
