About the role

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially in telecommunications, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in Bulgaria and embrace an exciting new cultural experience!
