About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to digital services.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is an advantage, but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
