About the role
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and technical issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for future reference and service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and enhance service quality.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic environment.
