About the role
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunication products and services, offering accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay informed about industry trends and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or telecommunications is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and embrace a new cultural experience!
