About the role

Requirements
- - Fluency in Flemish (written and spoken) is essential.
- - A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- - Previous experience in customer support, especially within telecommunications, is a plus but not mandatory.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - A proactive and positive team player.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- - Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and experience a new culture!
