About the role
- Engage with Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels to assess their needs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while facilitating soft sales of energy solutions.
- Provide accurate information about services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
- A strong passion for sales and customer service.
- Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Comfortable working within a diverse and dynamic team environment.
- **A keen interest in the energy sector is a plus.**
- **Must possess an EU passport.**
