Requirements

  • Strong recruitment experience, particularly in fast-moving industries like tech, iGaming, or digital business
  • Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and source passive candidates using creative search strategies
  • A thoughtful, human approach to candidate experience that goes beyond just getting the job done
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments where not everything is figured out yet
  • Experience using data and KPIs to drive better outcomes and conversations
