About the role
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and shape hiring strategies that balance urgent requirements with long-term growth
- Proactively build talent pipelines through creative sourcing across LinkedIn, events, communities, and your network
- Use data and metrics to track pipeline health, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill to improve processes continuously
- Collaborate with our global People team, sharing best practices while maintaining agility in our evolving environment
- Guide hiring managers through the recruitment journey with insights that enable smarter, faster decisions
Requirements
- Strong recruitment experience, particularly in fast-moving industries like tech, iGaming, or digital business
- Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and source passive candidates using creative search strategies
- A thoughtful, human approach to candidate experience that goes beyond just getting the job done
- Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments where not everything is figured out yet
- Experience using data and KPIs to drive better outcomes and conversations
- Genuine passion for helping people grow their careers while developing your own
