About the role
- Handle incoming calls for the Florida Department of Financial Services related to the My Safe Florida Home Program
- Provide courteous, professional, and accurate assistance to callers
- Deliver excellent customer service while addressing questions and concerns
- Maintain a clear, confident, and professional phone presence
- Communicate information effectively in a friendly and personable manner
- Adhere to program guidelines, policies, and call-handling procedures
Requirements
- Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
- Professional Equipment: A high-quality wired headset, keyboard, and mouse are required for optimal performance.
- Schedule Availability: Candidates must be available to work a Monday through Friday schedule, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Residency Requirement: We currently prefer candidates from Florida, Tennessee, and Texas for existing job opportunities. We kindly request that individuals residing outside of these states refrain from applying.
- Background Check: You are able to pass a Level 2 background check.
