About the role
- Advise and counsel leaders, teams, and the broader organization on how to strategically leverage social media to strengthen corporate reputation, expand executive visibility, and advance PatientPoint’s leadership in healthcare.
- Execute a comprehensive social media vision that positions PatientPoint as an innovative category leader across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and emerging platforms.
- Create compelling, high-impact content that tells the PatientPoint story, showcases innovation, and engages audiences including healthcare professionals, industry partners, patients, and prospective talent.
- Design and execute executive visibility strategies, including social platform presence for PatientPoint leaders, to elevate corporate reputation and thought leadership.
- Establish and enforce best practices, playbooks, and guidelines that ensure all social media activity—enterprise and team-led—aligns with corporate strategy and maintains brand integrity.
- Lead high-profile social media campaigns supporting product launches, thought leadership, industry events, and employer brand initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize strategy and demonstrate impact.
- Build and nurture an engaged social media community by fostering authentic dialogue, managing PatientPoint’s online reputation, and proactively addressing risks.
- Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and other business units to ensure a unified, enterprise-wide approach to external communications.
- Oversee external partners and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet enterprise needs and reflect best-in-class execution.
- Monitor industry and platform trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and advising leadership on emerging digital strategies.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or corporate communications, ideally with healthcare, B2B, or highly regulated industries.
- Proven ability to independently design and deliver enterprise-level social media strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Demonstrated success advising and influencing senior executives, cross-functional teams, and business leaders.
- Strong writing and content creation expertise, with the ability to craft compelling brand and leadership narratives across platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies to measure impact, generate insights, and refine strategy.
- Experience developing governance frameworks and managing high-stakes corporate and executive profiles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
