About the role

  • Install, configure, and provide technical assistance for software and computer systems
  • Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
  • Install, configure, and maintain network corporate infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
  • Support the implementation and roll-out of new solutions or applications
  • Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience in IT support
  • Information Technology or Computer Science degree or certification is helpful
  • Network and desktop administration
  • Mac and Linux OS
  • AWS Certifications are helpful
