About the role
- Install, configure, and provide technical assistance for software and computer systems
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
- Install, configure, and maintain network corporate infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
- Support the implementation and roll-out of new solutions or applications
- Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business
- Create and maintain procedural documentation, diagrams, and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles
- Understanding, maintaining, and securing AWS environments
Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Information Technology or Computer Science degree or certification is helpful
- Network and desktop administration
- Mac and Linux OS
- AWS Certifications are helpful
