About the role

  • You will communicate daily with e-commerce business owners and accountants from tax firms via email and Zoom.
  • Actively listen and understand customer needs during demo calls (2–4 per day).
  • Serve customers in the e-commerce and SaaS sectors.
  • Present, sell and implement our cloud integration solutions, with a focus on the DATEV integration, via online video meetings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements

  • High self-motivation and results orientation (SMART goals).
  • Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a software or e-commerce environment.
  • Experience using DATEV.
  • Interest in digitizing the accounting industry.
  • Independent, structured and process-oriented working style.
  • Open to feedback, digital ways of working and a remote-first approach.
  • Fluent in German and English.
