About the role
- You will communicate daily with e-commerce business owners and accountants from tax firms via email and Zoom.
- Actively listen and understand customer needs during demo calls (2–4 per day).
- Serve customers in the e-commerce and SaaS sectors.
- Present, sell and implement our cloud integration solutions, with a focus on the DATEV integration, via online video meetings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements
- High self-motivation and results orientation (SMART goals).
- Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a software or e-commerce environment.
- Experience using DATEV.
- Interest in digitizing the accounting industry.
- Independent, structured and process-oriented working style.
- Open to feedback, digital ways of working and a remote-first approach.
- Fluent in German and English.
