About the role
- You provide daily support via email and Zoom, communicating with e‑commerce business owners and accountants from tax firms.
- Actively listen and understand customer needs during demo calls (2–4 per day).
- Present, sell, and implement our cloud integration solutions, with a focus on the DATEV integration, via online video appointments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (familiarity with SMART goals).
- Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a software or e‑commerce environment.
- Interest in the digitization of the accounting industry.
- Independent, structured, and process-oriented working style.
- Open to feedback, comfortable with digital work and a remote-first approach.
- Fluent in German and English.
