About the role

  • You will communicate daily by email and via Zoom with e-commerce entrepreneurs and accountants from tax firms.
  • Actively listen and understand customers' needs during demo calls (2–4 per day).
  • Present, sell, and implement our cloud integration solutions, with a focus on the DATEV integration via online video appointments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to continuously develop our offerings.

Requirements

  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented (SMART goals).
  • Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a software or e‑commerce environment.
  • Interest in the digitalization of the accounting/bookkeeping industry.
  • Independent, structured, and process-oriented way of working.
  • Open to feedback, comfortable with digital work, and aligned with a remote-first approach.
  • Fluent in German and English.
