About the role

  • You will support e-commerce business owners and accountants from tax firms daily via email and Zoom.
  • Actively listen and understand customer needs during demo calls (2–4 per day).
  • Present, sell, and implement our cloud integration solutions, with a focus on the DATEV integration, via online video appointments.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to continuously develop our offerings.

Requirements

  • High self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset (SMART goals).
  • Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a software or e-commerce environment.
  • Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.
  • Independent, structured, and process-oriented way of working.
  • Open to feedback, digital collaboration, and a remote-first approach.
  • Fluent in German and English.
