About the role
- You will support e-commerce business owners and accountants from tax firms daily via email and Zoom.
- Actively listen and understand customer needs during demo calls (2–4 per day).
- Present, sell, and implement our cloud integration solutions, with a focus on the DATEV integration, via online video appointments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to continuously develop our offerings.
Requirements
- High self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset (SMART goals).
- Proven experience in customer support, ideally in a software or e-commerce environment.
- Interest in the digitalization of the accounting industry.
- Independent, structured, and process-oriented way of working.
- Open to feedback, digital collaboration, and a remote-first approach.
- Fluent in German and English.
