About the role
- Analyzes customer and high-volume transactional activity to identify & detect unusual activity.
- Escalates any unusual activity detected to be analyzed and investigated.
- Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards.
- Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
- Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires less than one year of related experience.
- Attention to detail
- The ability to manage daily workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
