About the role
- Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of Classified loans
- Works closely with SAG Leader and others to manage portfolio
- Takes timely action so client losses are minimized
- Assists with the restructuring and liquidation of distressed loans
- Ensures timely and accurate reporting of asset quality
- Maintains strong relationships with business units
- Monitors collateral values and ensure compliance with loan covenants
- Implements workout action plans
- Ensures all advances and loans comply with loan policy
- Manages portfolio through complete and current knowledge of client’s financial condition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit risk, with emphasis in special assets management.
- Collection, loan restructuring, and workout experience required.
- Thorough knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
- Project Management Workout Experience
- Alternative Energy Workout Experience, including Solar, Battery, and RNG
- SBA and USDA Workout Experience
- Customer service
- Communication skills (verbal & written)
