Responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive business data and analytics strategy and roadmap for the Customer Success organization.
Drives the adoption of the enterprise data platform and adherence to data governance frameworks within the Customer Success organization.
Build and lead a team of data professionals.
Develops and executes the Customer Success organization’s data and analytics strategy that enables the business’ strategic and tactical objectives.
Implements process and quality improvement efforts across Customer Success.
Designs and implements dashboards, visualizations, and reports that distill complex information into actionable insights.
Partners with senior leadership across Customer Success to provide data solutions that report KPIs, track performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Leads the formulation and execution of Customer Success data and analytics strategy, balancing self-service capabilities with core reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Typically requires 7+ years in a data analytics leadership role with a focus on strategy development, data governance, and reporting.
3 years of commercial and/or consumer lending experience
Strong expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning).
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Solid experience in developing and executing business intelligence strategies and managing BI.
Experience defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs, and using data to inform executive decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
