About the role
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Pathlock solutions for new clients.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful onboarding.
- Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.
- Document client interactions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of product updates and best practices to continually improve implementation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based software solutions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or software implementation is a plus.
