Account Manager

• Introduce our digital diagnostic product suite to customers and elaborate the product differentiation pitch in collaboration with marketing
• Structure and execute deals and manage the end to end process including initial outreach, pitch/demo, technical discussions, security approvals, contracting, negotiations, and implementation
• Work collaboratively with Inside Sales to generate leads and follow up on leads that come from other team members by attending conferences, events, workshops in partnership with senior leadership.
• Leverage the BANT-C and MEDDPICC sales frameworks within this context.
• Proactively identify sales pipeline risks, develop mitigation plans, and adjust forecasts accordingly
• Represent PathAI at relevant industry conferences (e.g., USCAP, Executive War College)
• Build a broad network of relationships within the pathologist community and the broader digital pathology ecosystem
• Proactively work with teammates to continuously refine the sales process: driving efficiency, cultivating clinical and executive champions, and shortening sales cycles.
• Serve as the voice of the customer across challenges and opportunities to a broad cross-functional team of leaders across Algorithm Product, Platform Product, Medical, Legal/Regulatory, Strategic Partnerships, and Marketing.

Manager

• Responsible for, and must have a demonstrated ability to successfully develop, implement, manage, and complete clinical trials operationally within designated programs and timelines.
• Lead development and communication of presentations to keep internal and external teams aware of progress, timelines, and risks, ensuring successful completion of projects.
• Generate high quality trial documentation, properly capturing trial activities and workflows, with high attention to detail.
• Manage day to day monitoring of study activities and any issues that may arise.
• Partner with cross functional internal teams (Engineering, Clinical Science, BioPharma Laboratory, etc.) and external stakeholders to manage, adjust, and revise project timelines/budgets as necessary. Must be able to resolve problems using FDA and other regulations, adherence to GCP requirements, and through regular site interactions.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, ability to bring teams together to successfully plan and execute PathAI clinical trials, and ability to prioritize with multiple competing priorities.
• Manage external vendors, as needed.

Clinical Trials Manager

• Solve interesting problems with code.
• Build new features for internal and external users, and refactor existing ones to make them better.
• Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to solve problems in sustainable ways. Sometimes you'll be neck-deep in low-level systems, and other times you'll be pairing up with the front-end team on the user interface.
• Drive the architecture of our application platform, considering the team and our future product roadmap.
• Collaborate with product, design, machine learning, and infrastructure teams.
• Drive and uphold high engineering standards, bringing consistency to the codebases you encounter and ensuring software is adequately reviewed, tested, and integrated.

Software Engineer I, Fullstack

Marketing

• Lead end-to-end launches for biopharma products and services in partnership with Product and Business Development, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market rollout plans
• Own external messaging and campaign calendars, ensuring consistent execution across web, social, PR, sales enablement, and event-related touchpoints
• Own development of product marketing collateral, including content creation, creative direction, and final deliverables across digital, sales, partner, and event assets
