About the role
- Identify relevant target accounts in defined sectors
- Research organizations and stakeholder structures
- Initiate contact with Director and VP-level decision makers
- Translate business challenges into automation conversation starters
- Qualify opportunities and schedule high-quality meetings
- Maintain CRM discipline and structured pipeline tracking
- Continuously refine outreach strategy based on results
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify potential clients and build rapport quickly.
- Fluent Dutch and English, German preferred
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Someone who can travel to work office Groningen for at least one day in a week. (Hybrid)
- 2–5 years experience in B2B sales development, business development, or inside sales.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of success in pre-sales or client engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced business setting.
- Structured working style: you track, reflect, and improve systematically
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first setup
- Nice-to-have: Experience in technology, SaaS, automation, CX, AI, or IT services
