QA Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for production environments
• Work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots in real-world use cases
• Handle exception management, logging, retries, and performance optimization
• Integrate UiPath with APIs, databases, Excel, SAP, web applications, and legacy systems
• Follow and enforce REFramework, coding standards, and best practices
• Act as a senior technical reference point for the automation team
• Review code, provide feedback, and guide developers toward better design and performance
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through pair programming, design reviews, and architecture discussions
• Lead internal technical trainings and workshops (beginner to advanced UiPath topics)
