Analyst

• Review project documentation including Project Design Documents (PDDs), monitoring reports, verification reports, methodology documents, and supporting technical materials
• Assess projects against Patch's Project Acceptance Criteria, which includes:
• Baseline criteria: Evaluating additionality, permanence/durability, real and verifiable impact, attribution, leakage, and compliance with ICVCM Core Carbon Principles
• Tech-specific criteria: Applying over 200 project-specific variables tailored to each technology pathway (e.g., forestry, biochar, direct air capture, enhanced rock weathering, etc.)
• Generate Standard Due Diligence packs for projects that pass the integrity review. Standard Diligence provides customer-facing, analytical project summaries.
• Test and provide feedback on Patch's AI-powered review tools: As a contractor, you'll provide structured feedback to help train and improve our models over time.
• Provide clear, objective assessments with citations to specific documentation
• Collaborate asynchronously with Patch's Integrity team via shared documents and occasional check-ins

Project Integrity Analyst

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and build the systems, automations, and integrations that enable our GTM teams to work efficiently and consistently.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Work across Salesforce, Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, and Gong, owning the architecture, integrations, and workflows that connect these systems end to end.
• Create scalable data pipelines and unified views that improve GTM visibility, forecasting, and prioritization.
• Develop repeatable, automated processes that reduce manual work and improve accuracy across the customer lifecycle.
• Diagnose system issues, eliminate process bottlenecks, and implement long-term fixes rather than short-term patches.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into our broader ecosystem.
• Support experimentation across GTM teams by rapidly building prototypes and iterating based on feedback.
• A defined first 90-day plan: audit systems, implement quick wins, map GTM architecture, ship one high-impact automation.
• A 6–12 month roadmap: build unified GTM data layer, redesign key workflows, deploy major integrations, and establish a stable operating cadence.

GTM Engineer

Account Manager

• Source and scale supply by building deep relationships with environmental asset suppliers ranging from developers, financiers, traders, funds, and intermediaries.
• Negotiate and execute transactions including spot trades and structured multi-year agreements (offtake, financing, risk mitigation structures) that create win-win outcomes for suppliers and buyers.
• Support partner commercialization by advising on investment, project design, and go-to-market strategies to unlock high-integrity supply aligned with evolving buyer needs.
• Build repeatable channels with registries, ratings providers, and ecosystem partners to ensure access to industry-leading data and scalable sourcing pathways.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Legal, Operations, and Sales to improve contract structures, processes, and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Represent Patch externally at industry events, supplier programming, site visits, and co-marketing initiatives.
