Product Marketing

• Design and build the systems, automations, and integrations that enable our GTM teams to work efficiently and consistently.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Work across Salesforce, Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, and Gong, owning the architecture, integrations, and workflows that connect these systems end to end.
• Create scalable data pipelines and unified views that improve GTM visibility, forecasting, and prioritization.
• Develop repeatable, automated processes that reduce manual work and improve accuracy across the customer lifecycle.
• Diagnose system issues, eliminate process bottlenecks, and implement long-term fixes rather than short-term patches.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into our broader ecosystem.
• Support experimentation across GTM teams by rapidly building prototypes and iterating based on feedback.
• A defined first 90-day plan: audit systems, implement quick wins, map GTM architecture, ship one high-impact automation.
• A 6–12 month roadmap: build unified GTM data layer, redesign key workflows, deploy major integrations, and establish a stable operating cadence.

Go-to-Market Engineer

• Define the company and product narrative, translating complex climate and carbon market concepts into clear, differentiated value propositions. Build messaging that connects Patch’s role as a strategic partner with expert advisors to our end-to-end platform, addressing our key enterprise buyer needs.
• Own the Go-to-Market strategy for launches, driving measurable outcomes across awareness, adoption, and pipeline. Partner with Product to prioritize and commercialize roadmap initiatives tied to customer needs.
• Lead market research on the voluntary carbon market (VCM), buyer trends, and policy shifts to inform strategy. Build competitive intelligence that arms Sales with differentiated positioning and objection handling.
• Supercharge the Sales team through developing training, playbooks, and collateral, as well as supporting strategic deals with tailored narratives that address complex enterprise requirements.
• Create, refine, and operationalize segmentation frameworks and ICPs to guide pipeline and product strategy.
• Own corporate, product, and customer communications, ensuring clarity and credibility. Drive external storytelling that reinforces Patch’s role in scaling unified climate action. Align internal communications so employees and partners confidently articulate our mission and value.
• Partner closely with key stakeholders in Product, Demand Gen, and Content to influence the roadmap, build pipeline, and support Patch’s stellar brand.
• Lead and develop a high-performing PMM team, setting a high bar for clarity, quality, and credibility in internal and external facing work. Foster a culture of urgency, accountability, and intellectual pragmatism aligned with Patch’s mission.

• Help generate new business opportunities to help customers achieve their sustainability goals
• Work closely with Sales Leads and Account Executives to identify relevant prospects and outreach
• Build prospecting strategy to drive new leads and pipeline (campaign content, follow-up sequence, objection handling)
• Conduct market research to uncover needs within industry verticals or business segments
• Serve as the first point of contact for Patch customers and represent customer needs to the GTM team
• Launch high-impact campaigns to entice prospective clients to learn about Patch
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to uncover business objectives and needs
