About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital and clinical stakeholders
- Conduct on-site meetings to present PartsSource services and value proposition
- Follow up proactively to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
- Support customer retention through consistent, value-driven engagement
- Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and territory activity
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and service teams to support growth initiatives
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customer questions and service coordination
- Partner with technical and operations teams to support service delivery
- Share customer feedback to improve offerings and processes
- Represent the PartsSource brand with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a field-based role
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel locally within the Dallas territory
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
- Healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales exposure preferred but not required.
