About the role

  • You manage the entire end-to-end sales process in the North Rhine-Westphalia region — from first contact through to successful closing
  • Responsible for revenue (MRR) and growth in your region
  • Generate new leads through networking and customer visits
  • Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Conduct structured discovery meetings and identify customer pain points
  • Present software solutions convincingly
  • Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and manage multi-stage sales cycles
  • Maintain and prioritize your pipeline independently and keep deals consistently on track
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, gather feedback and contribute insights

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in manufacturing, industrial or supply chain sectors
  • Comfortable handling complex decision-making processes and multiple stakeholders in upper mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Proven track record in closing deals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Solid understanding of procurement, manufacturing, or cost-engineering processes
  • Strong technical affinity and the ability to communicate software features clearly and in a business-oriented way
  • High level of personal responsibility and ownership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with strong technical understanding
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong motivation to drive revenue growth
  • Structured, goal-oriented and collaborative, with strong CRM discipline
