  • Role: Advertising Sales Manager to lead digital advertising growth across PartsBase and PartStore; remote, reports to VP of Sales.
  • Target industries include freight & logistics, banks & finance, ERP providers, heavy machinery, and other industrial services.
  • Success metrics: new business acquisition, recurring advertiser growth, and revenue performance.
  • What You'll Do: New Business Development; Sales Execution; Relationship Management; Reporting & Forecasting.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activities, maintain pipeline, provide updates, leverage CRM.
  • Who You Are: 3–5 years of B2B advertising sales; digital advertising/SaaS experience preferred; strong hunter mentality.
  • Your Skills: quotas attainment, negotiation, communication, remote work, ROI focus, multi-account management, CRM proficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of direct B2B advertising sales experience, ideally with digital platforms, media sales, or agency environments.
  • Exposure to digital advertising, SaaS-based ad platforms, or commercial media sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong hunter mentality with proven success in cold outreach, outbound sales, and closing high-value deals.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding advertising sales quotas.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect advertising solutions to client ROI.
  • Adept at managing multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
