About the role
- Partner directly with the CEO and Executive Team to define, articulate, and execute the company’s multi-year financial strategy.
- Lead all financial aspects of future financing rounds and present results to the Board of Directors and investors.
- Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Act as the Executive Team’s trusted analytical partner, providing the financial insights required for major strategic pivots.
- Own the full FP&A lifecycle, including the maintenance and defense of the annual budget, operating plan, and long-range financial model.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior finance leadership role at a venture-backed, high-growth startup (Series B-D preferred).
- Deep, demonstrable mastery of FP&A, modeling, budgeting, and performance management, specifically within a SaaS or subscription business model.
- Strong technical accounting foundation (CPA or Public Accounting experience strongly preferred).
- Proven experience leading or significantly supporting successful financing rounds and defining capital allocation strategy.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a 'Roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude.
