Data Scientist

• Work spans data product development, analytics, data science and machine learning, and data visualization.
• Work with product and engineering leadership to create product features and analyses.
• Collaborate with other data scientists, data engineers and clinical experts to create new models, features, and data products.
• Work on both AI / Machine Learning projects, as well as analytics projects.
• Support presales efforts and explore new use cases for our data.
• Improve Data Quality - Identify gaps in data and help find ways to fill them.
• Solve problems through in-house efforts and creative partnerships.

Senior Data Scientist II – Healthcare Data

Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Golang (and some Python).
• Build scalable, secure, and performant services that handle healthcare data with strong privacy, security, compliance, and reliability requirements.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, debugging, testing, documentation, and code quality.
• Integrate backend services with data pipelines and processing workflows.
• Take ownership of complex systems end-to-end, ensuring operational health, observability, and reliability.
• Lead or contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technical planning as the platform scales.
• Elevate system performance and implement measurable efficiency and reliability improvements.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and development practices.
• Partner with Product to translate requirements into technical solutions and support customer integrations.

Senior Software Engineer II, Backend – AI-Enabled Development

Product Manager

• Own the roadmap for verticalized products that sit on top of the Particle platform.
• Partner with Engineering to build new capabilities, workflows, APIs, or packaged products that customers can embed in their own systems.
• Explore the right product surface for each use case: APIs, notifications, enriched data formats, or lightweight workflow experiences.
• Understand how care teams, digital health companies, and VBC organizations currently use clinical data to find the potential product-opportunities.
• Work closely with the Data Platform PM to ensure new verticalized experiences align with data quality, APIs, enrichment, and platform investments.
• Help customers move up the value ladder from “accessing data” to “understanding data” to “acting on data.”
• Support pre and post-sales efforts by partnering with Particle’s Solutions teams to identify repeatable customer needs, scope productized solutions or accelerators, and reduce customer implementation effort over time.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across ambiguity and competing goals.

Senior Product Manager, Vertical Solutions

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Partner directly with the CEO and Executive Team to define, articulate, and execute the company’s multi-year financial strategy.
• Lead all financial aspects of future financing rounds and present results to the Board of Directors and investors.
• Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Act as the Executive Team’s trusted analytical partner, providing the financial insights required for major strategic pivots.
• Own the full FP&A lifecycle, including the maintenance and defense of the annual budget, operating plan, and long-range financial model.
