About the role

  • Own the design of product features from early discovery and concept development through detailed design and delivery with engineering.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces and clear user flows.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to iterate quickly and ship high-quality experiences.
  • Produce high-quality interaction and visual design with strong attention to hierarchy, clarity, and usability.
  • Communicate design decisions clearly through prototypes, documentation, and rationale.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and launch features—such as enhanced search interfaces and intuitive data visualization tools—that drive higher user engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, with a focus on enterprise SaaS products and complex workflows
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong product design for complex web applications, data-dense interfaces, and enterprise workflows
  • Proficiency in user-centered design methodologies, designing with systems, accessibility standards, and usability testing
  • Mastery of Figma (i.e. design systems, auto-layout)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
