About the role

Design and develop complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps using Power Apps and Dataverse
Create and optimize Power Automate cloud flows for enterprise-scale processes
Implement Azure and Microsoft 365 integrations, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps
Utilize AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI integration
Manage Power Platform ALM processes and implement CI/CD pipelines
Ensure security, compliance, and observability best practices are followed
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear documentation and knowledge transfer

3+ years of experience building enterprise Canvas and Model-Driven apps with Dataverse
Strong proficiency in Power Fx, formulas, componentization, and PCF development (TypeScript/React)
Expertise in Power Automate cloud flows, including error handling, retries, concurrency, and approvals
Proficient in Dataverse schema design, relationships, business rules, and BPFs
Experience with custom connectors, governance, and DLP policies
Solid understanding of Azure/Microsoft 365 integration patterns
Practical experience with AI technologies, including Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI
Strong background in DevOps and ALM practices for Power Platform
6-8+ years of overall engineering experience, with a focus on agile methodologies
