About the role
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Laravel 9+
- Build custom middleware for authentication, authorization, and request validation
- Implement OWASP Top 10 security principles in production environments
- Create RESTful APIs with proper input validation and secure session management
- Optimize database performance using Eloquent ORM and caching strategies
- Write unit and integration tests, including security-focused test cases
- Collaborate with frontend teams and participate in agile development cycles
Requirements
- 4+ years of PHP development experience (3+ years with Laravel 9+)
- Proven expertise in developing secure middleware and API endpoints
- Strong understanding of OWASP vulnerabilities and practical mitigation techniques
- Experience with URL signing, OpenSSL, and Laravel’s built-in security features
