• Be responsible for attaining new logos by generating pipeline, working on tenders and negotiating complex deals with business leaders, VP and C-level executives.
• Work together closely with other colleagues from Sales, Solution Engineering, Business Development, Customer Engagement, Value Consulting, and other teams to analyze and improve existing processes.
• Become a consultant for your customers, advising them on how Parloa and Agentic AI brings ROI to their day-to-day business, challenges and needs.
• Deliver presentations to and lead workshops for customers, digital and on-site.

Solutions Engineer

• Be responsible for the full spectrum of the technical sales process, including:
• Work closely with assigned sellers, co-owning accounts, and sales campaigns in the assigned territory.
• Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working.
• Advocate for customers needs to influence product roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering Team, Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Leadership, product management, customer success, and sales enablement.

• Own value engineering engagements: Lead the strategic and financial execution of Parloa's value propositions inside large, complex enterprise environments. This includes owning the journey from pre-sales to expanding new use cases at existing strategic customers.
• Build ROI models and business cases: Create executive-ready financial frameworks that quantify Parloa's impact on cost reduction, revenue generation, and customer experience metrics
• Lead Business Value Discovery: Facilitate discovery sessions with prospects to identify objectives, pain points, and the success metrics that matter most to their organization
• Influence at senior levels: Engage with enterprise executives and senior business stakeholders, presenting value realization reports and joint impact statements to strengthen relationships. Buyer confidence should be built across C-suite personas through rigorous, credible analysis
• Partner with sales teams: Advise Account Executives and Solution Engineers on value-based positioning and competitive differentiation throughout the sales cycle
• Validate under pressure: Support Engagement Managers post-live in validating realized value against projected outcomes and shaping expansion readiness
• Shape the playbook: Act as the feedback loop between the field, our GTM teams, and product —turning strategic/customer learnings into reusable templates, industry benchmarks, and product features in the roadmap

• Be responsible for the full spectrum of the technical sales process, from identifying customer pain to proving solutions.
• Work closely with assigned sellers, co-owning accounts, and sales campaigns in the assigned territory.
• Develop territory plans, participate in sales calls, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value / Proof of Concept sessions with customer technical teams.

• Own deployment engineering projects: Lead the technical execution (incl. product engineering) of Parloa’s deployments inside large, complex enterprise environments
• Design for scale and resilience: Architect deployment solutions that meet enterprise-grade requirements for performance, reliability, and security
• Engineer solutions where none exist: Build custom extensions, integrations, and configurations to close product gaps and meet enterprise requirements
• Work across systems & stacks: Operate at the intersection of backend engineering, DevOps, and data engineering to ensure seamless delivery
