About the role
- Collaborate with sales team to qualify opportunities and understand client needs
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather technical and business requirements
- Design and present tailored technical solutions, proposals, and demos addressing customer pain points
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with technically accurate inputs
- Work with product/engineering teams to create solution architectures and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)
- Deliver technical workshops, product demonstrations, and presentations for enterprise clients
- Build relationships with client technical teams, addressing queries and objections
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Support account teams in driving deal closures by providing technical validation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales roles
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS, enterprise IT, or digital transformation solutions
- Experience preparing proposals, solution documents, and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions
