About the role

  • Responsible for the staging and production infrastructure across Azure; GCP and AWS deployment knowledge preferred.
  • Provide consulting and delivery services for provisioning and maintaining secure, scalable, and robust cloud infrastructure platforms (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Help application teams manage CI/CD requirements for projects and client requirements.
  • Create and maintain FedRAMP controls and documentation compliance.
  • Execute automation pipelines, upgrade infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and other teams to deliver consulting and delivery solutions.
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain secure, compliant cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Azure DevOps, Terraform, OpenTofu) and streamline CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab).
  • Design and implement self-healing systems, manage backup and disaster recovery, and optimize performance through monitoring and capacity planning.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability patching.
  • Lead incident resolution, perform Root Cause Analysis, participate in on-call rotation, and drive observability improvements.
  • Oversee application lifecycle management, version upgrades, security patches, and regional rollouts.
  • Contribute to knowledge base and support resources on client engagements.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and be the system matter expert at client discussions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years leading and supporting enterprise-level applications in production.
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure provisioning and management on Azure and AWS / GCP.
  • Experience with FedRAMP Authorized platforms is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob).
  • Working knowledge of databases (Microsoft SQL, CosmosDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and IAM/SSO (EntraID, Okta).
  • Familiarity with incident management (Azure DevOps Boards, ServiceNow, Jira) and security tooling (Prisma Cloud, CrowdStrike, XSOAR, Burp Suite).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in complex, distributed cloud environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experienced in deploying and maintaining of application on Azure Web Services Environment, Azure SQL Databases and Managed Instance, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Data Factory Pipeline.
  • Expert in IaC Code deployment ARM and BICEP.
  • Expert in Azure DevOps pipeline.
  • Expert in Application Insight and Log Analytics.
  • Expert in PowerShell script and/or python.
  • Experienced with Git and its branching strategy.
  • Deep understand of Azure Web Application best practices.
  • Deep understating of .NET web and console application.
  • Knowledge of any scheduler, Ftp service or ServiceBus/Communication Service will be preferred.
