About the role

  • Define and lead the technology quality strategy
  • Oversee lifecycle validation activities for all D&T systems
  • Ensure compliance with Technology SOPs
  • Lead the definition, deployment, and continuous improvement of technology delivery processes
  • Oversee and execute testing activities across multiple frameworks
  • Govern the process for reviewing vendor validation packages
  • Collaborate with D&T and business executive leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Engineering, or related field required
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Deep expertise in GxP system validation
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and validation frameworks
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Highly skilled in process design, optimization, SDLC governance
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Very strong Senior Director or Executive Director level experience in technology quality assurance
  • Proven experience leading global quality and validation programs
