About the role
- As an Account Executive at Paretos you will drive our sales team forward and win new customers.
- You will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and experienced colleagues, learn on the job, and actively shape our growth.
- Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing the entire sales process – from needs analysis and lead qualification to product demos – and converting leads into customers.
- Regularly closing new deals and achieving our sales targets.
- Engaging directly with decision-makers and negotiating at management level.
- Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to generate new business.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing and Customer Success to further develop our sales strategy.
Requirements
- You bring at least 1 year of sales experience and possess strong sales ability, business acumen and a commercial mindset.
- You have experience with digital transformation and modern tool landscapes.
- You have experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- You demonstrate excellent selling and closing skills.
- You are proficient in accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- You are goal-oriented and proactive in pursuing and achieving your targets.
- You speak fluent German (DACH focus) and English (we are an international company).
