About the role

  • As an Account Executive at Paretos you will drive our sales team forward and win new customers.
  • You will work closely with Marketing, Customer Success and experienced colleagues, learn on the job, and actively shape our growth.
  • Your main responsibilities include:
  • Managing the entire sales process – from needs analysis and lead qualification to product demos – and converting leads into customers.
  • Regularly closing new deals and achieving our sales targets.
  • Engaging directly with decision-makers and negotiating at management level.
  • Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to generate new business.
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Customer Success to further develop our sales strategy.

Requirements

  • You bring at least 1 year of sales experience and possess strong sales ability, business acumen and a commercial mindset.
  • You have experience with digital transformation and modern tool landscapes.
  • You have experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • You demonstrate excellent selling and closing skills.
  • You are proficient in accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • You are goal-oriented and proactive in pursuing and achieving your targets.
  • You speak fluent German (DACH focus) and English (we are an international company).
