• Organisiere unsere Konferenzen und Dinner-Events und sorge für eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit den Teilnehmern.
• Halte unsere Planungen geschmeidig und strukturiert, indem du wesentliche Listen verwaltest und aktualisierst.
• Forschen und koordinieren mit Lieferanten (z.B. Food Trucks, besondere Veranstaltungsorte, usw.).
• Aktualisiere und verbessere Marketingmaterialien wie PowerPoint-Präsentationen und andere Werbemittel.

• Develop and create engaging social media (LinkedIn) content in both German and English to captivate our B2B audience.
• Play an essential role in organizing our conferences and dinner events, including ensuring smooth communication with participants, managing and updating essential lists, researching and coordinating with suppliers (food trucks, special venues, etc.).
• Update and improve marketing materials such as PowerPoint presentations and other promotional assets.
• Ensure our CRM system is up to date and contribute to the overall success of our marketing and event strategies.
