About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and create engaging social media content (LinkedIn) in German and English to captivate our B2B audience.
  • Play a key role in organizing our conferences and dinner events, including: ensure smooth communication with attendees. Keep planning streamlined and structured by managing and updating key lists. Bring fresh ideas to life by researching and coordinating with vendors (think: food trucks, unique venues, etc.).
  • Update and enhance marketing materials such as PowerPoint presentations and other promotional assets to keep them sharp and effective.
  • Ensure our CRM system is kept up to date and contribute to the overall success of our marketing and event strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in German and English (we are an international company).
  • A natural way with words and a keen eye for tone and style.
  • Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks with ease.
  • A good eye for detail combined with a creative flair to bring fresh ideas to life.
  • Experience with design tools like Canva (or similar) for creating/customizing visual content is a plus!
