Growth Marketing

• You will develop marketing plans – each a combination of owned channels (e.g. our newsletter & socials), paid channels, and partner/co-marketing campaigns – for each of our immersion programs, ticket registrations for our major event series, and our web store.
• You will report directly to Super Age cofounders and have direct working dynamics with executive leadership, functional teams, and our agencies of record.
• You will own the "non-paid" channels, and inform strategy on paid channels.
• You will design and optimize how reader/buyers work their way through our offerings, e.g. clicking on sleep content, to buying a nice mattress, to attending a sleep immersion weekend retreat program.
• You will work with our editorial, design, and data teams to build the email automations and segments that nurture a new subscriber into a ticket/product buyer.
• You are the hands-on media buyer (primarily Meta, Youtube); you will either run these campaigns yourself or manage an agency of record who does so under your watchful eye.
