About the role

  • Identify, approach and acquire new Parcelly locations across Germany (by phone, email and in person)
  • Conduct site visits and present the Parcelly business model to prospective partners
  • Own the onboarding of new site partners and ensure their successful integration into the network
  • Actively contribute to expanding the network in Germany
  • Build, maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing Parcelly partners
  • Manage and analyze all interactions via our proprietary technology platform and CRM tools
  • Execute operational tasks and participate in cross-functional projects
  • Handle more complex customer service issues (business partners & end customers)
  • Proactively participate in internal and external meetings, including preparation, analysis and presentations
  • Support product tests, feedback processes and continuous improvement measures
  • Contribute to optimizing our business development processes and identifying new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in Business Development, Sales, Partner Management, Logistics, E‑Commerce or a comparable field
  • Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner when dealing with business partners
  • Structured, detail-oriented and proactive working style
  • High degree of initiative, responsibility and ownership
  • Hands-on mentality, strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar is a plus)
  • Passion for technology, logistics, e‑commerce and innovative business models
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (primarily for site visits)
