About the role
- Prospect into target accounts using a combination of email, cold calls, video, and social selling (LinkedIn)
- Own the early-stage sales funnel: research, outreach, qualification, and handoff
- Engage C-level and senior stakeholders across Ecommerce, CX, Operations, Logistics, and IT
- Identify pain points and spark curiosity by communicating clear, relevant value aligned to the prospect's challenges
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams on messaging, campaign ideas, and feedback loops
- Maintain accurate records and activity data in Salesforce and other tools
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (meetings booked, opportunities generated)
Requirements
- 1–2 years in a B2B SaaS sales development or lead generation role (or equivalent sales experience)
- High energy, resilience, and drive, you don’t shy away from rejection and bounce back fast
- You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, send a video, or drop a voice note - you go beyond templates and think creatively about how to cut through the noise
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your message across different personas and platforms
- Curious and commercially minded - you love learning about new industries and uncovering real business pain
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tools
- Must be based on the East Coast
