  • Act strategically in managing multi-brand correspondent partners, driving commercial development, relationship management, dissemination of best practices, and achievement of targets through the design of tailored initiatives and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience as a Relationship Manager for banking correspondents.
  • Knowledge and experience in the payroll-deductible loans (consigned loan) market.
  • Experience in managing partner networks.
  • Ability to propose strategic plans aligned with the company's business strategy, focused on the growth and development of the partner network.
  • Experience in client portfolio management and business development.
  • Knowledge of financial products.
  • Skills in sales management, strategic planning, and a strong performance orientation.
  • Analytical capability to make data- and KPI-driven decisions.
  • Ability to interpret financial and market reports to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Business-oriented strategic vision with a focus on growth and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
