Lead the strategy and roadmap for a centralized Finance Data Mart
Collaborate with the Head of FP&A and Finance leads globally to define and automate the ingestion of core KPIs
Work within the ERP organization to ensure upstream data entry and system configurations support downstream analytical needs
Partner closely with Google Engineering and internal software teams to build a generative AI bot
Direct engineers in building ML models and LLM prompts that can automatically scan datasets
Manage the development lifecycle, prioritizing features that provide the highest "Time-to-Insight" for the FP&A team

Requirements

12+ years in Finance Systems, Product Management, or ERP Leadership
5+ years managing high-performing teams
Strong understanding of Big Data environments (BigQuery/Snowflake)
AI/ML integration, and Cloud ERP architecture
Mastery of FP&A workflows, variance analysis, and corporate accounting structures
Proven track record of working with 'Big Tech' partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft, AWS)
Ability to manage by influence across a matrixed organization of finance professionals and software engineers
